The stress-resistant manager: building your resilience
Most of us will suffer work-related stress at some point – and the problem is most acute for public sector staff, particularly those working in health and care services.
This online training session on 23 June and 1 July will show you how to understand the things that cause you stress (“stressors”) and how to become more stress-resistant. You may not be able to avoid all the causes of stress, but you can become better at recognising them and at building up your reserves of resilience to mitigate the effects of stress. The training will be delivered by two 2 hour virtual sessions.
