Childline
Childline is a free, private and confidential service that you can access online and on the phone. They can provide help and support for people up to their 19th birthday.
Child Exploitation and Online Protection command
CEOP is here to keep children safe from sexual abuse and grooming online. CEOP are unable to respond to reports about bullying, fake accounts or account hacking.
They are here to help and give you advice, and you can make a report directly to them if something has happened online which has made you feel unsafe, scared or worried. This might be from someone you know in real life, or someone you have only ever met online. They take all reports seriously and will do everything they can to keep you safe.

Ican is a page on the North East Lincolnshire Council's website dedicated to support younger people.

Kooth
Kooth is your online mental wellbeing community. Access free, safe and anonymous support.
Kooth is a transformational digital mental health support service. It gives children and young people easy access to an online community of peers and a team of experienced counsellors. Access is free of the typical barriers to support: no waiting lists, no thresholds, no cost and complete anonymity. Launched in 2004 and accredited by the BACP, more than 1,500 children and young people across the country login to Kooth every day.
Samaritans
The Samaritans can help you access confidential emotional support at any time. Whatever you're going through, a Samaritan will face it with you. They're there 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Sexual Health Hub
The Sexual Health Hub offer free, confidential sexual health advice on things such as contraception, safe sex, and sexually transmitted diseases at The Sexual health hub in Grimsby.
Shout
Shout provides free, confidential support, 24/7 via text. It’s the first free 24/7 texting service in the UK for anyone in crisis anytime, anywhere. Shout is available in England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
