Pharmacists suffer the mental health consequences of workplace pressures
The Royal Pharmaceutical Society has published research showing the impact of workplace pressures on the mental health and wellbeing of pharmacists.
Over 1300 pharmacists responded to a survey on workforce wellbeing, which will be used to campaign for NHS-funded wellbeing support for all pharmacists - a service already in place for some NHS workers. Nearly three-quarters said that training or working life has had an impact on their mental health and wellbeing at some point. More....
