Oral Health Tips - Brush Twice a Day

If you brush your teeth with fluoride toothpaste twice a day for about 2 minutes to help keep your teeth and mouth healthy. Brush them before going to bed and at 1 other occasion every day, this is the advice from the NHS. This will reduce tooth decay, bad breath, gum disease and the impact of long term illnesses that can be affected by oral health issues.
