Cloverleaf support people to have their voices heard in a range of social care or health related decisions. They can support members of the public to independently address NHS-funded care or treatment that they are unhappy with. They support people to make their own decisions, have their voices heard, their rights respected and to achieve their own goals.

Focus - Independent Adult Social Work
Your health, wellbeing and independence are really important and no one wants to have to go around the houses looking for advice they can trust.
That’s why focus have brought together all the professional advice and guidance around health, wellbeing and adult social work in North East Lincolnshire and put it in one place that you can contact 24 hours a day, seven days a week (including Bank Holidays)
This service is called Single Point of Access (or SPA for short) and is there for all your enquiries about: physical health, mental health and adult social care.

Services 4 me
Services4me has been designed to offer you a one-stop directory of all adult social care, health care, wellbeing, voluntary and community services and related events and activities available in North East Lincolnshire.
The website has been designed to meet the information and advice needs of the local community. They have worked closely with local members of the public, carers and expert patient groups. They have listened to people who need help and support services and what they have told them is really important to them.
Services4.me.uk is delivered by focus independent adult social work through a partnership between the North East Lincolnshire Clinical Commissioning Group (NEL CCG), North East Lincolnshire Council, Voluntary Action North East Lincolnshire (VANEL) and other voluntary and community organisations in the area.

Sustainability and Transformation Plan (STP) Explained
Have you heard of the Sustainability and Transformation Plan (STP) for this area?
As a Healthwatch, we want to make sure that local people have a say as proposals for change are worked up. At this stage we have produced a short two page factsheet which highlights the goals and priorities for our local area. We are also asking that an engagement questionnaire is developed which will allow people to comment on the thinking so far and the `direction of travel’ that is being suggested.
